Get set for superhero hi-jinks and adventure in Scooby-Doo! Mask of the Blue Falcon as Scooby-Doo! and the gang go head-to-head with a super villain they thought only existed on TV! Scooby-Doo! and his pals make big plans to attend a popular comic book convention. No one however, is more excited than Scooby-Doo! and Shaggy because they get to be part of a big premiere of a brand-new movie that’s based on their favorite superhero, Blue Falcon. Fiction becomes reality however when the hideous Mr. Hyde, a monstrous super villain from the classic Blue Falcon television series comes to life and terrorizes everyone at the convention.
Our thoughts: My boys never seem to get bored of Scooby-Doo, so they were very excited to check out the new movie. No matter how many mysteries the gang solves, it never gets old. This time when we sat down together to watch the newest release, I paused it before the villain was unmasked in order to ask my boys if they could guess who the culprit was. Sometimes they are able to guess correctly, but not this time as the movie had a small twist towards the end. No matter how many Scooby-Doo movies we watch, we are never disappointed and the newest release is no exception. It definitely makes a nice addition to our Scooby-Doo collection.
Scooby-Doo! Mask of the Blue Falcon will be available on Blu-ray and DVD on February 26, 2013.
