Dragons: Riders of Berk DVD Giveaway

Buckle up for more high-flying action and fire-breathing fun with this thrilling debut of the animated TV series based on the Academy Award®-nominated hit movie How to Train Your Dragon! The epic story of Hiccup, Toothless and his fearless friends continues with 4 explosive episodes filled with all-new adventures and exciting, never-before-seen dragons.

My older son loves the movie How to Train Your Dragon, so he was thrilled to learn that there was a TV series based on the movie called "Dragons: Riders of Berk." Not only did he enjoy watching the new adventures of Hiccup and Toothless, but he was just as excited to check out the five trading cards that were included with the DVD as well. These playing cards can be used with an augmented reality app that lets movie posters and playing cards come alive.

Are your children interested in dragons? If so they will love the dragons in this new series. If you are familiar with How to Train Your Dragon, you have already met Toothless, but he is not the only dragon in town. Read on to learn more from 20th Century Fox about the other Dragons of Berk.

The Hideous Zippleback is one of the largest dragons you may ever encounter. In addition to being overwhelming in size, it is overwhelming in personality, sporting two heads. It is sly and surprising, but certain noises can confuse it and cause it to become tangled. When Barf and Belch work together, though, they can outsmart anyone.

One of the most beautiful dragons in the world is the Deadly Nadder, easily recognized by its bright blue body and brilliant yellow spikes that cover it from head to tail. Like all Deadly Nadder dragons, Stormfly is covered in armor-piercing, poison spines and is the perfect mix of beauty and brutality.

Meatlug is a Gronckle a slow, lazy, and stubborn-as-a-rock breed of dragon. However Meatlug happens to be one of the toughest dragons in the world.

Hookfang is a rather hotheaded dragon known to be a furious fire-breather. In fact, he can even set his entire body aflame if provoked. The one thing you don't want is an angry Monstrous Nightmare dragon. Luckily, Hookfang can be easily distracted by something as simple as a falling leaf.
